We are convinced that the best school ever is to face the daily challenges and realities on the field. You will start into your operational environment, nurtured by the guidance of a coach.
This program allows candidates simultaneously to be fully on the field to gain crucial operational tools and to have a comprehensive strategic vision of our unique and successful business model; that are necessary to efficiently manage people and a business unit.
At the end of the program, the candidate will become a successful & autonomous Regional Director.
